Start with the available workflow
The core workflow uses PDF and video sources, text notes, generated or manual steps, fields, media attachments, the AI Assistant, sharing, and exports. Some controls depend on roles or workspace limits.
The examples in this knowledge base show a fictional project. Workspace names, counts, and optional controls can differ from your account.
Beta access has more than one gate
User Profile can offer a beta preference. AI media tools also require workspace availability and sufficient allowance. Enabling the profile preference alone does not guarantee access to every experimental tool.
If a feature is absent, check the current UI and ask your administrator. A feature described in a preview or demonstration may not be available to your workspace.
The Beta features chapter covers STEP/STP models and AI image generation. STEP/STP support is a preview workflow and may not yet be available in your deployment; enabling beta features does not install it.
Controls marked Soon are not ready to use
Do not wait for a disabled control to start working after repeated clicks. A Soon label describes availability, not a temporary processing state.
