Give readers browser access and understand exactly what the link exposes.

Keep workspace content private by default
Open Share to see the current Access level. Workspace members only keeps the project private to its workspace. The share panel also contains exports, which are a separate way to distribute copies.
Create and check a view-only link

Open Share and change Access level to Anyone with the link when public link access is appropriate.

Choose Copy Link. Use Open to inspect the shared instruction.

Check the steps and attached media, and note the displayed expiry date.

Send the link only to the intended recipients. Anyone who receives a forwarded copy can use it until it expires or is removed.
Know what viewers can access
Share links require no sign-in and expire after 30 days. Viewers see the steps and attached media. Do not treat the link as a private invitation or an editing permission.
Attaching a video clip to a shared step grants access to its full source video. Review the complete recording before sharing, including sections outside the clip.
Stop future link access
For an expired link, ask the project owner or a workspace member to review and renew sharing. If confidential material was distributed accidentally, removing the link does not erase copies already saved by recipients.

Return to Share and change access back to Workspace members only.

Confirm removal when prompted. The share link stops opening.

Remember that previously issued file links can remain valid for up to 60 seconds, and downloaded files cannot be recalled.
