Workspaces contain projects

A workspace is the shared area for a team. It contains projects and has its own members, license, and usage allowances. A project keeps the source material, work steps, media, and exports for one set of instructions together.

Use the sidebar to expand a workspace and select a project. Check the workspace before creating or importing a project, especially if you belong to more than one team.

Understand the save indicator

Edits are saved automatically. Watch the status under the project name: Saving means a write is in progress; Unsaved changes means the newest edits are not yet confirmed; Saved confirms the latest completed save.

If saving fails, read the message and choose Retry save. Keep the page open until your changes are saved. Exporting or navigating away is not a substitute for resolving a failed save.

Some controls depend on your access

Workspace owners manage membership. Platform administrators see the Admin Panel. Beta controls depend on your profile and workspace policy. A control labeled Soon is not yet usable; it does not mean your account is broken.

Open help without leaving your work

Open the three-dot account menu in the app header and choose Documentation. The knowledge base opens in a new tab, so your project stays open.

Use the left-hand chapter buttons to expand or collapse topics. Opening an article automatically expands its chapter. Search the knowledge base when you know the task or feature you need.

Choose Documentation from the three-dot menu to open the knowledge base in a new tab.
